This is an entry-level information technology (IT) professional or personal computer (PC) service technician course that builds on your existing user-level knowledge and experience with personal computer software and hardware. In this course, you will acquire the essential skills and information you will need to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems.
The CompTIA A+ Certification course can benefit you in two ways. HDI Desktop Support Technician training focuses on key support center processes and concepts to improve overall support operations, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills that improve the customer’s experience.
