The College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in Harlingen is a federally funded program designed to meet the needs of students with migrant and seasonal farm work backgrounds. CAMP offers eligible students pre-college transition and first-year support services to help develop the skills necessary to succeed in college. CAMP collaborates with TSTC faculty, student services, outreach programs and community-based agencies to improve educational and career opportunities for all CAMP-eligible students.
To qualify for CAMP, you must:
You or an immediate family member must have worked within the last 24 months for at least 75 days as a migrant or seasonal farmworker or you had participation in and eligibility for the Title 1C Migrant Education Program.

CAMP is designed to serve first-year college students who come from migrant/seasonal farmworker backgrounds. Through intensive academic services, personal guidance and financial assistance, CAMP helps students transition from high school to college and develop the skills necessary to succeed at TSTC.
